This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal data on our website and mobile app (collectively, the "Platform") and the services offered on it (the "Services"). A "User" is anyone who registers an account to use the Services. We value the trust you place in us and aim to manage, protect, and process your data responsibly.
1.2 "Personal Data" means any data (true or not) about an identifiable person—e.g., name, ID number, contact details—and any other information an organization may access.
1.3 By using the Services, creating an account, or accessing our Platform, you agree to this Policy and consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or Services. We may update this Policy and will notify you (including by posting the revised Policy on the Platform). Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
1.4 This Policy applies alongside other notices, contracts, and consent statements governing how we collect, store, use, disclose, and process your data. If we say so explicitly, this Policy may override conflicting terms.
1.5 Unless we state otherwise, this Policy applies to all users of the Services.

3.3 If you sign up or link via a Social Media Account, we may access information you shared with that provider under its policies. We handle such data under this Policy.
3.4 You may opt out of certain collection/uses by writing to our Data Protection Officer (see Section 12). You may also opt out of marketing in account settings or via privacy@juan-bingo.com. Note that opting out may limit your ability to use the Services.
4.1 Like most sites/apps, our servers log data your device sends: IP address, OS/browser, device type/IDs (UDID/MEID), referrer, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookies (configurable in your browser). If logged in, some data may associate with your account. We also create anonymous statistics to understand and improve usage.
4.2 Our app may collect precise location using GPS/Wi-Fi for location-based features/content. You can usually disable this in device settings.
4.3 When you view content/ads or access software via the Platform, similar technical info is sent to us (e.g., IP, OS) along with details about content/ads viewed and time. We are not responsible for third-party content behavior or tracking-tech use by advertisers.
5.1 We (and authorized providers/partners) may use cookies and similar tools to collect/share information for analytics, service improvements, new features, and to deliver relevant content/ads (including remarketing). Cookies are stored identifiers linking to device usage and viewed pages/content. We may link cookie data to personal data and may share certain data with advertising partners for analytics and ad delivery.
5.2 You can refuse cookies in your browser/device settings, but some features of the Platform/Services may not work properly.

6.3 If new purposes arise based on context, we'll notify you and obtain consent if required—unless permitted by Privacy Laws without consent.
7.1 We use reasonable security measures and limit access to authorized personnel. However, no method is 100% secure—especially against sophisticated external attacks. You agree to hold Juan Bingo free and harmless from liability for breaches beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 We retain personal data as required by law and for legitimate business needs. We destroy/anonymize it when the purpose ends, retention is no longer necessary, and no other legitimate interest remains. If you stop using the Platform or your access ends, we may still store/use/disclose personal data under this Policy and applicable laws.

8.4 To the fullest extent allowed by law, Juan Bingo is not liable for acts/omissions of vetted third parties, provided we exercised due diligence.
8.5 While we apply reasonable safeguards, no absolute security exists (e.g., malicious hacking beyond our control).
8.6–8.7 Users who receive another user's data ("Receiving Party") must comply with Privacy Laws: use only as needed to respond/process transactions, avoid contact outside the Platform, not disclose to unauthorized parties, apply sufficient security, retain only as necessary, delete/return on request, and notify us of any potential breach at dpo@juanbingo.com.
9.1 The Services are not for individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. We will close accounts used by such individuals and delete related data we believe was submitted by them.
10.1 We use Google Analytics. Google may store data (including your IP) on servers in the United States to analyze Platform usage and provide reports/services. Google may transfer data to third parties when legally required or when processing on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP with other Google data.
10.2 From time to time, third-party apps may be made available via the Platform. These may access your identifiers (e.g., name, user ID, IP, cookies) and may request additional info directly. Such products/services are not owned or controlled by Juan Bingo. Please read each third party's terms and privacy policies.
11.1 We cannot guarantee the security of data you provide on third-party sites. For data we control, we use secure networks, limited access, and encryption where appropriate.
11.2 We may link to or frame third-party websites, co-brand, or offer joint services. These sites have independent privacy/security practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security, or activities. Access them at your own risk—but we welcome feedback if any link fails or appears unsafe.
12.1 Withdraw Consent / Deletion
Email dpo@juanbingo.com to withdraw consent for collection/use/disclosure and/or to request deletion. We'll process requests per this Policy and Privacy Laws. Withdrawal may require us to cease Services and/or terminate your account. Juan Bingo is not liable for loss or limitations resulting from such withdrawal.
12.2 Access/Correction
If you have an account, you may access/correct certain data via Account Settings.
If you do not have an account (or need other data), email dpo@juanbingo.com with enough information to verify your identity and request.
We may refuse corrections where allowed/required by Privacy Laws.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juan Bingo (and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors) is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenues, arising from or related to this Policy.
13.2 We are not liable for data loss/misuse/unauthorized access or disclosure caused by: (a) your negligence (weak passwords, unsafe browsing), (b) acts of God/force majeure/system failures, or (c) third-party misconduct/breach.
13.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juan Bingo and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of this Policy or misuse of the Platform.
