Juan Bingo Terms and Conditions — Your Guide to Fair and Secure Play

Welcome to Juan Bingo Before you start playing and claiming rewards, it's important to understand our Terms and Conditions (T&C). These rules are designed to keep the platform fair, transparent, and safe for all players.

By registering, depositing, or playing on Juan Bingo, you automatically agree to these terms — so please read carefully.

I. Member's Basic Information

To join Juan Bingo, you may register onsite or via online/remote registration. You must present the required personal details and one (1) valid government-issued ID. By submitting your data, you confirm that you have read and understood Juan Bingo's Data Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By registering, you consent to this collection and processing and waive any claims against Juan Bingo for the lawful use of your data.

Only persons 21 years old and above who are not among the banned personalities under the Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 6 (2016) may register and use the Online Gaming Platform. Juan Bingo is not liable for any false, incomplete, or misleading information you provide. You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of your details. Juan Bingo may deny or terminate membership, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if you fail eligibility checks or violate these Terms.

II. Communications Opt-In

To improve your experience, Juan Bingo may send administrative updates, regulatory notices, and promotional offers via email, SMS, calls, and social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).

By registering, you agree to receive messages through these channels. You may opt out of marketing any time in your account settings or by contacting Customer Service. However, essential service notices and legally required messages will still be sent and cannot be opted out of.

Juan Bingo is not responsible if you fail to read or act on messages sent to you. We are also not liable for delays, misdelivery, service outages, or unauthorized access caused by third-party platforms or providers beyond our control.

III. Collection and Privacy Statement

Juan Bingo collects your personal data to comply with PAGCOR rules and to deliver our services. Aside from PAGCOR, we may share information with essential vendors, third-party service providers, related companies, and subsidiaries for the following purposes:

  • Account and fund protection, enhanced security, and proactive risk control.
  • Service delivery, account administration, accounting, market study, player/game tracking, profiling, and customer support.
  • Prize fulfillment and execution of promotions or games.
  • Other related purposes consistent with the above.

We follow a strict privacy policy under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

Beyond the purposes listed, we collect data to process transactions, manage your account, and improve our products and services.

We keep your information confidential. We do not sell your data and do not share it with subsidiaries, third parties, or the public except for the disclosed purposes, during ordinary business operations, or when allowed/required by Philippine law or a valid court/government order. By submitting your data, you consent to these lawful disclosures.

We use technical and organizational safeguards to meet confidentiality, integrity, and availability standards. Staff are trained to handle data responsibly, and internal controls help prevent and address breaches. Juan Bingo is not liable for breaches caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., cyberattacks, force majeure, third-party actions).

Our operations are governed by Philippine law, and personal data is stored in the Philippines.

We keep your information while your account is active and for at least one (1) year from your last visit, or longer if required by law.

For complaints or requests (access, correction, deletion), email our Customer Service. All requests are subject to verification and applicable laws.

Receiving Party obligations:

If you obtain another user's personal data through the Services, you agree to:

  1. Comply with all Privacy Laws in collecting, processing, storing, or transferring such data;
  2. Allow Juan Bingo or the data subject to delete the collected data from your systems where required; and
  3. Allow Juan Bingo or the data subject to review what you collected, where required by law.

IV. Terms and Conditions for Membership

Juan Bingo is open to qualified individuals aged 21+. Under PD 1869 as amended by RA 9487, persons under 21 and students of any Philippine school/college/university are not allowed to play on the gaming establishment or Online Gaming Platform.

Per Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8, the following are not allowed to enter, stay, or play:

  • Government officials and employees connected with government operations or any agency
  • Members of the AFP (Army, Navy, Air Force) and the Philippine National Police
  • Persons under 21 years of age
  • PAGCOR officials and employees
  • Unregistered players
  • Banned individuals
  • Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of persons in items (1), (2), and (4)
  • Persons in the National Database of Restricted Persons
  • Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders
  • Financiers/loan sharks and similar

Juan Bingo may deny, suspend, or terminate membership if you violate these Terms or provide false/misleading details during registration. Any such breach is a material violation and leads to immediate disqualification from all services.

By registering, you attest that you do not belong to any restricted category above.

If a player is found ineligible, any funds or credits in the account may be forfeited in favor of the Government. Juan Bingo is not liable for losses, claims, or damages arising from forfeiture or termination based on regulatory compliance.

V. Responsible Gaming

Players must observe PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming reminders, including the ban on playing online games in open/public places. Use our self-help tools and seek help if needed.

VI. Binding Effect of Game Mechanics and Amendments

By using the Juan Bingo platform, you agree that all game rules, mechanics, and conditions—including future updates—are binding. Juan Bingo may revise or update gameplay, features, or interfaces at any time, with or without notice. Continued use means you accept these changes.

It is your responsibility to stay updated. All changes are deemed part of these Terms once published or implemented on the platform.

VII. Authority to Determine Final Results

Juan Bingo's certified game engine and backend systems have the sole authority to determine and declare the official final result of any game/spin/activity. By registering, you accept all final outcomes as determined by Juan Bingo.

Disputes will only be considered if you present verifiable proof of a technical malfunction not caused by your device, network, or actions. In all cases, Juan Bingo's internal records, logs, and game history are the authoritative basis for resolving discrepancies.

VIII. Member's Affirmation and Consent

1) Age and Compliance

I am 21 or older and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by Juan Bingo.

I certify that my details are true, complete, and correct and understand that misrepresentation may lead to termination without notice.

2) Regulatory Compliance

I will comply with PAGCOR rules and house policies.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of my access without liability to Juan Bingo.

3) Privacy and Data Usage

I have read the Collection and Privacy Statement and consent to data collection and use.

I may withdraw consent by contacting Customer Support, understanding this may limit or revoke services and may lead to membership deactivation per regulations. Juan Bingo is not liable for restrictions resulting from withdrawal.

4) Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

I will complete KYC before my first withdrawal or within three (3) calendar days from registration, whichever is earlier.

Failure to complete KYC will freeze my account. To reactivate, I must contact Customer Support and request reactivation.

Juan Bingo is not liable for losses/delays arising from a frozen account due to KYC non-compliance.

5) Funding, Withdrawals, and Account Security

All transactions must use my registered payment/bank account. Using unregistered accounts may lead to suspension or termination, pending verification.

I may transact via GCash, Maya, and other third-party services through the platform. I authorize Juan Bingo to use my billing and personal information as needed to process Payment Instructions.

By submitting instructions, I authorize Juan Bingo to deposit, withdraw, or deduct applicable fees and charges.

All instructions I provide are final and binding upon submission. Juan Bingo is not liable for errors, delays, or losses due to inaccurate or incomplete information from me.

6) Processing Periods for Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions may be delayed by maintenance, third-party provider issues, or service disruptions. If a deposit is not posted, I must report it to Juan Bingo so it can be credited.

Juan Bingo is not liable for delays, losses, or failed transactions due to events outside its control, including third-party issues or unforeseen incidents. By using the platform, I waive claims related to third-party failures, processing delays, or errors not caused by Juan Bingo's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Juan Bingo has No Liability if it cannot complete my funding instructions due to:

  • Insufficient funds or requested amounts exceeding set limits;
  • Payment processing center downtime/maintenance, and I was informed or reasonably aware;
  • Incorrect/outdated account or transaction info I provided;
  • Events beyond Juan Bingo's control (e.g., fire, flood, system breakdown, technical bugs, outside interference), provided reasonable precautions were taken.

Account Actions (suspension/freeze/termination) may occur if:

  • I'm on the National Database for Restricted Persons;
  • I keep multiple accounts (only one Online Gaming Platform account per player is allowed);
  • I'm identified as a promo/chips abuser;
  • I'm underage or otherwise a banned personality per law/regulation;
  • I engage in suspicious transactions warranting investigation/action;
  • I use bots/automation/third-party software to gain advantage (cheating);
  • I fail to accept the Terms of Use (TOU), including the ban on restricted personalities and forfeiture of their funds, if any, in favor of the Government.

IX. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Provision

1) Compliance with AML Laws

You acknowledge Juan Bingo's ongoing compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and related AMLC issuances.

2) Customer Verification and Reporting

You consent to KYC checks and transaction record-keeping per AML rules. You agree to report any suspicious activity or transactions to Juan Bingo.

3) Record-Keeping

Juan Bingo will keep accurate identity and transaction records for the period required by law and may disclose them to authorities when legally mandated.

4) Termination of Accounts

Juan Bingo may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts—without prior notice—if you are involved in or suspected of money laundering or illegal activities. Juan Bingo may choose not to inform you beforehand. You hold Juan Bingo harmless from claims arising from such actions taken in compliance with AML rules.

5) Cooperation with Investigations

You agree to fully cooperate with Juan Bingo, AMLC, law enforcement, and regulators during any AML investigation, audit, or inquiry.

6) Penalties for Non-Compliance

You understand that AML non-compliance may lead to legal penalties and account restrictions/closure.

7) Amendments to AML Requirements

Juan Bingo may update AML policies to reflect legal changes. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated policies as a condition for continued use.

X. General Notice on Amendments

These Terms and Conditions (including all sections) may be changed, updated, or revised by Juan Bingo at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept and agree to the latest version.
